Glastonbridge

Move over Glastonbury - it was all about Glastonbridge this weekend, when even the threat of rain couldn’t dampen everyone’s spirits!

We welcomed an enormous number of preschoolers, their families and their friends onto the field, which had been transformed into a mini festival complete with bell tent, hay bale arena and live band. The barbecue was in demand all afternoon, and the preschool staff (wo)manned the popular drinks tent. The air was full of glitter from the festival make up tent; almost non-stop music (including an earworm-inducing performance of ‘Baby Shark’ by the preschoolers!); the buzz of happy conversations; and the excited squeals of the children as they jumped on the bouncy castle, indulged in some yoga or ran freely from one activity to the next.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and congratulations to our committee, headed by our fantastic chairs, who pulled off an absolutely incredible event.
